System modification service after sign up

Once you sign up to a VoIP Report product certain system checks will need to be performed. These determine if any modifications are required for successful Call Data Record (CDR) transfer. You will receive detailed instructions how to carry out this work, but should lack of manpower or technical expertise be an issue – we can help. Our technical team can remotely perform system analysis and modifications at a time that suits you. To successfully complete this service we will need remote access to your system (preferably SSH). The amount of time this work will take and how much it will cost depends upon:

1. how many systems are to be integrated, and

2. your network infrastructure
